We provide fully furnished housing in a secure, gated community, offering a comfortable and convenient living environment while you complete your training.

PTCH students complete their Pilot Training within 6-8 Months. We understand how difficult is for international student to rent a house in safe neighborhood, furnish and vacate within such a short span. That’s why ROMA360 LLC offers fully furnished house in gated community to our students for 650$/month for Shared room and 800$/month for Independent room.

All houses are 4 bedrooms with 3 or 2 and half bathrooms with adequate storage. All students are issued gate access card and key or access code for house.

All students are required to sign rental agreement for 6 months and pay one month rent and deposit. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. Students are required to take care of common area and liable for damages to property. Housing will be catered as first come first served. Please reserve your room in advance.
